We were diving at a speed of approximately 50 mph when we struck a telephone pole with the front end of our 2007 hyundai elantra. The impact was 3" off center with a direct front end impact. No airbag deployment occurred with a result of physical damage to myself and my friend. *tr

The front of the car was totally damaged and the driver side rear end was seriously damaged but none of the six air bags deployed. The car was total. I've had this covered under warranty last year (may 2008) and hyundai replaced the air bag sensor by the driver's seat. The air bag light is once again on right now.
