Car stutters, rpms drop, and car stalls when it comes to a complete stop at stop sign or traffic light. This happens when driving without warning in all conditions-- hot/cold, morning/evening, etc. Following this, car will be difficult to restart and slow to accelerate; then rpms raise to 5 and car goes into gear.
